Hello! My name is Igor. I am from Ukraine. Since February 2024 I have been living in Germany. I am over 50 and for most of my life, with small breaks, I have been engaged in innovation.
Why did I start a blog? There are several reasons:
1. It saves time. You understand who I am. I want to understand who you are—on a deeper level. Then we’ll see how much we align.
2. Maybe someone will take something useful from it and make fewer mistakes.
3. Maybe I can be useful to someone in some way, and maybe someone can be useful to me.
I have been involved in business since 1988. I graduated from the TRIZ school. I have been the founder of a startup club since 2013. One of my strongest qualities is a strong intuition for business opportunities.
What are my strengths? How can I be useful?

At the moment, I am creating a venture builder (in what I believe to be the most effective investment structure).
Goal: to build promising, high-margin projects with a team of highly effective professionals in a pleasant, positive environment—enjoying the business process while earning excellent money through the growth in the projects’ capitalization.
In order to avoid bringing random people into the project, I want to build the venture builder not top-down (from infrastructure to projects), but bottom-up (from projects to infrastructure). This approach will allow us to bring into the infrastructure people who have already proven themselves while working on portfolio projects.
There are already project developments prepared for the active and dynamic growth of the venture builder.
Our focus (primarily, but not exclusively): medtech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, AI, space, climate, etc.
I would be glad to see effective people with the appropriate background join the team — people who resonate with what I’m doing and with whom we align in terms of competencies, values, business style, and cooperation terms.
At the moment, the highest priority is finding a person who can take the BizDev role in the team (business development, working with investors).
I work with a strong in-house technical team and a vetted network of external experts—spanning hardware, software, AI, advanced mathematics and neural networks, as well as chemistry and pharmaceuticals—capable of executing the vast majority of tasks.
